The quarter-final pairings for Thursday at the 2016 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Moscow and St. Petersburg are set.

The teams ranked first and second in each group will remain at their venue and play the teams ranked fourth and third respectively from the other group. All quarter-final games will be played on Thursday, 19 May.

Quarter-final games on 19 May in Moscow:
Czech Republic vs. USA 16:15
Russia vs. Germany 20:15

Quarter-final games on 19 May in St. Petersburg:
Finland vs. Denmark 16:15
Canada vs. Sweden 20:15

Semi-final games on 21 May in Moscow:
CZE/USA vs. CAN/SWE
FIN/DEN vs. RUS/GER

The medal games will be played on 22 May in Moscow.
